Biography
Patricia Mastellone, has a BS in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling and Human Resource Management. She has over 20 years experience in counseling, coaching, training and development. She has also developed and facilitated many support groups. Ms. Mastellone been a life skills coach since 1986 as a result of her life experience and development of the philosophy that the physical well being of an individual can depend strongly on their mental and emotional well-being.
Ms. Mastellone has worked with many people throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties, as well as New York City. She has also been featured in Women’s News, appeared on local and national television and has been published in the Journal of Nursing Administration, Succeed Magazine and Westchester County Business Journal. She is regarded as a relationship expert and has been quoted as such.
