Learning to Separate
Separating from someone you love through a breakup, a divorce or death is very difficult for most people. This course will assist participants in dealing with the loss and learn skills to cope with this difficult situation. The material will also be helpful for separation from a job, relocation and other life changes that can be emotionally devastating.
