         Anger is probably the most misunderstood of all our emotions.  Participants will be able to identify, understand, cope and change reactions to anger.  The format used is open discussion, case studies and personal experiences.  This information covers both personal and professional concerns.  Anger management works well alone, but if most effective in conjunction with the interpersonal skills offered.
